Sales Target Achievement:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company, aiming to generate revenue equivalent to four times the gross salary.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the forwarding industry, including air, sea, and land freight.

Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Prospect, qualify, and onboard new clients in the forwarding sector, building and maintaining strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and expand the customer base.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market trends to drive business growth and profitability.

Identify key market segments, trends, and competitive landscapes to capitalize on emerging opportunities and gain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop innovative sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Track and analyze sales metrics, including but not limited to sales volume, revenue, and profit margins, to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, providing insights, recommendations, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.

Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.



Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.

Strong understanding of forwarding processes, international trade, and supply chain management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Other Specific Criteria:

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Strong networking skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.
