Business Development Manager Full-time Job

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and goals

• Identify and evaluate opportunities with healthcare providers to increase partnerships and grow our health insurance market

• Identify new business opportunities, such as partnerships, joint-ventures, etc.

• Model and analyze data to provide insights into potential cost reductions, revenue increases, and cost/benefit analysis

• Prepare presentations and participate in meetings with healthcare providers

• Communicate with agents and brokers to maintain strong relationships

• Monitor and analyze current health insurance trends, markets, and competition

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the health insurance industry

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience in the health insurance industry, with a broad understanding of the industry, key players, and current trends

• Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to meet key business objectives

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to think strategically and analyze data

• An understanding of legal and regulatory issues in the industry

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve results

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
