Job Details

Implementing the approved Business Continuity Management and Enterprise Risk Management system framework across Dubai Courts businesses and services in accordance with ISO Business Continuity requirements.

Supervising the development and implementation of capabilities, processes and policies to ensure the continuity of the work of Dubai Courts in line with its goals and objectives.

Supervising the implementation of the business continuity training program and spreading awareness and knowledge of the system and its application mechanisms.

Review emergency planning efforts and work on business continuity across all organizational units in the courts and external influences.

Developing a framework and methodology for completing emergency plans by organizational units in Dubai Courts.

Drive and provide commitment to business continuity at the level of organizational units, and study and hold organizational units accountable for the results achieved.

Design, build and implement standard risk assessment, business impact analysis, and other business continuity tools and capabilities.

Collaborate with organizational units in assessing potential business impacts, identifying critical and time-sensitive processes, and analyzing required components as defined by the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) standard.

Facilitating the development, continuous review, and revision of business continuity guides and plans within the risk management tool in cooperation with organizational units.

Supervising business continuity plan exercises, and ensuring that all technical components of business continuity plans are tested successfully, at least annually or whenever significant changes are made to plan components.

Ensure all BC plans are updated to reflect the current operating environment.

Provide periodic reports on the status of the business continuity management system and inform the business continuity steering committee of important exceptions.

Review and deliver effective business continuity strategies to support and restore critical business functions of Dubai Courts during a crisis/disaster.

Manage regular validation and testing of documented business continuity plans.

Coordinate and communicate with the internal audit team on the results of the risk identification and gap coverage review.

Preparing training programs to ensure the readiness of plans and the effectiveness of the risk management program and achieving its desired goals.

Implementing periodic audit rounds of risk management and safety procedures.

Auditing the centers and workplaces of employees and all areas of occupational health within the courts.

Preparing periodic reports for periodic risk audits.

Follow up on the report on occupational accidents, including their causes and future prevention methods, from those concerned in the organizational units.

Measuring and following up on performance indicators for risk management and occupational safety and submitting periodic reports to the steering committee for implementing the information security system, business continuity system, emergencies, crises and disasters.

Periodically reviewing occupational safety and risk management records and reports and submitting periodic reports to the steering committee for implementing the information security system, business continuity system, emergencies, crises and disasters.

Applying the principles of public safety and occupational health in professional fields and submitting periodic reports to the steering committee for implementing the information security system, business continuity system, emergencies, crises and disasters.
