Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate OR Automotive diploma or equivalent required, technical certification or training in automotive repair preferred.

3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, techniques, and materials.

Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.

Proficient in using computer software and systems related to Bodyshop operations.

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time.
