What Required Skills You'll Bring

Must hold a Diploma / Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering from a recognized university or college.

Minimum 5 years of experience on Buildings and Aviation projects.

Excellent drafting skills and abilities with all types of drawings (architectural, M&E, Plumbing and Sanitary, Structural and Interior Design works etc.).

Ability to interpret all types of drawings, layouts, etc. Visual and computer media artist abilities.

Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in technical report writing as well as oral and written communication skills.

Professional level in using Graphic Design and video editing software is preferred.

Proficient use of advanced level Microsoft Office applications.

Must have experience in producing Civil 2D & 3D drawings including BIM / Revit Capabilities and MicroStation.

Good knowledge in BIM, understand LOD requirements and BIM processes.

Certificate in AutoCAD Drafting (latest version) / BIM from a recognized institution. Qualifications in other drawing software (interior design layouts), Photoshop, web-designing & perspective drawings
