BI Developer Full-time Job

Job Description:

Creating ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to extract data from various sources, transform it into a usable format, and load it into data warehouses or data marts ensuring data quality and consistency throughout the ETL process.

Developing and maintaining databases, data warehouses, and data cubes.

Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and requirements; then identifying opportunities for business improvement by analyzing data trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Implementing security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations while ensuring the good performance and availability of BI systems and tools.

Designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

At least 3 years of experience as a B1 Developer

Proficient in at least one major BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.

Knowledgeable on database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).

Skilled in data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
