What You Will Be Doing
Provide a warm and gracious welcome to all arriving guests, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their stay.
Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, handling their belongings with care and ensuring they are promptly delivered to their rooms or vehicles.
Offer information and assistance with various hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guests' overall experience.
Escort guests to their rooms, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the property's layout and room amenities.
Be attentive to guests' needs throughout their stay, providing prompt response to any requests or inquiries they may have.
Maintain the lobby and entrance area in a neat and tidy manner, ensuring it reflects the hotel's luxurious ambiance.
Collaborate closely with the front desk and valet parking teams to ensure smooth coordination of guest services.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, taking appropriate steps to resolve issues or escalate matters to the relevant supervisor when necessary.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.

Your Experience And Skills Include
Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or in a similar guest-facing role within a luxury hotel is highly desirable.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Impeccable grooming standards and a professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to handle luggage and assist guests with mobility challenges.
Fluent proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a dedication to exceeding guests' expectations.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the hotel operates 24/7.
