Responsibilities

Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guests’ requests

Collects beverages from the storeroom

Cleans bar areas, prepare correct garnishes and mise-en-place

Maintains bar stock in accordance with established standards

Ensures security of beverage stock in the bar using key control procedures

Controls beverage consumption of guests and stops serving when necessary

Polishes glasses and respects all hygiene rules in serving beverages

Promote up-selling at all levels and by personal efforts through guests’ contacts

Skills And Requirements

Must hold a hotel & hospitality management diploma or degree.

Previous experience in the bar or standalone restaurant.

Knowledge of beverages and cocktail recipes.
