Experience And Qualifications

Proficiency in the English language.

Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times.

Good customer service skills; good problem resolution skills.

Adequate F&B product knowledge.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Minimum 2-years' experience in fast paced coffee driven concept ( Coffee shop, Lobby Lounge)

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager.
