Bar Manager Full-time Job

• Maintain a smooth bar operation on a daily basis with proper planning

• Ensure every guest receives high quality service

• Coach and maximize the performance of the team

• Interact with customers and improve bar operation and service based on feedback received We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage

• Builds-up excellent relationships with guests and team

• Must have a working experience in either a lifestyle luxury bar or a 5* hotel outlet

• Is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy leader

• Quality oriented with eye for details

• Enjoys being creative

• Experienced in planning and organizing the bar, beverage promotions and activities

• Enjoys being challenged, experienced in problem solving and conflicts

• Very good communication skills in English
