AVP - Affluent Segment Full-time Job

Principal Accountabilities

Ensure to achieve monthly, quarterly, semi and annual targets.

Ensure sales of assets (cards, overdraft, loans, auto loans and mortgage) achieved.

Ensure sale of both liabilities products CASA and Term Deposit achieved.

Achieve fairly priced deposits and assets to support growth by complying with Central Bank guidelines.

Establish and maintain good relationships with key potential clients, and develop these into successful, ongoing business relationships through meeting a portfolio contact of at least once every 6 months.

Acquire NTB customers to maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets through Liability/Asset products.

Ensures that the customer is aware and utilizing online channels to minimize costs to the bank.

Ensure that all customer’s KYC up to date. Documentation (EID,PP) and AML understanding as well.

Ensures that the customer contact data is up to date at all time; email address, mobile and address.

Ensure the objectives met within Bank policies, procedures, strategies and maintain coordination with internal units of the bank.
