What You'll Do

Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Laws and regulations, providing advice and guidance to management as needed.

Develop and coordinate training initiatives tailored to employee needs, fostering continuous professional development.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, grievances, and providing support as necessary.

Contribute to performance management activities, including assisting with goal setting and conducting performance appraisals.

Maintain meticulous records of HR activities, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in data management.

Generate insightful reports on HR metrics and initiatives, offering actionable insights

Manage disciplinary procedures with fairness and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure HR strategies align with organizational objectives and culture.

Develop and implement Emiratisation strategies to attract, retain, and develop kitopians within the organization.

Collaborate with other departments to align Emiratisation efforts with organizational goals and objectives.

What Are We Looking For?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the UAE, preferably within the F&B sector.

Strong understanding of UAE Labor Laws and regulations.

Proficiency in report submission and data management using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or similar tools.

Proven experience in managing disciplinary procedures effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with UAE Nationals.

Fluency in Arabic is required

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
