Associate Director Health and Safety Full-time Job

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

5-8 years as a Health & Safety Manager in the hospitality or food industry.

MSc in Microbiology, Food Technology, or Food Science; Advanced certificate in Food Hygiene Management; Level 3 award in HACCP implementation.

ISO 22000 implementation certification and Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/ISO 22000 are desirable, but not essential.

In-depth knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene regulations, understanding of luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong proactivity and relationship management, advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
