What You’ll Do

Oversee the daily operations of multiple Food and Beverage locations within a designated area.

Ensure that all locations are meeting or exceeding revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operations and customer experience across all locations.

Train, coach, and mentor location managers and staff to ensure high-quality service and performance.

Monitor and analyze financial and performance data and use it to make informed decisions to drive growth and profitability.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Participate in the recruitment and selection of location managers and staff.

What Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and teams, and to achieve business targets.

Solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data.

Strong customer service orientation
