Application Administrator Full-time Job

Bachelor in Computer Science.

2-3 years of experience in Mobile/Web - Application Operations/ Development

2+ Apache tomcat, Microservices , Weblogic

Good Knowledge to Application Development and Scripting.

Good Experience in Linux and Redhat platforms

Good background of MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle DB

Exposure to XML, JSON, JSONP Language.

· Support deployment and configurations in the mobile application platform.

· Operate & Monitor Web & Mobile Applications.

· Conducts account administration tasks and coordinates with CIT Development, QA, DBA, Network, IT Security Operations units and related concern teams for necessary synchronization.

· Attending Customer Complains in a timely manner maintaining section’s KPI.

· Manage middleware environment.

· Monitor collaborations environment for anomalies and errors, reporting and escalation of issues.

· Provide the required daily support, maintenance, and management of the platforms.

· Provide Level-II support and prepare escalation to IT Development and Executive Management Team.

· Forecasts system demands and recommends upgrades, expansions and reconfigurations.

· Develop and maintain high standards in establishing procedures and policies to address routine jobs and certain resolution protocols.

· Meet or exceed SLA obligations consistently and on an ongoing basis, allow for accurate metrics to measure response time, meet BCP requirements for offsite access, and reduce the time needed to address hardware/software failures.

· Conducts account administration tasks and coordinates with CIT Development, QA, DBA, Network, IT Security Operations units and related concern teams for necessary synchronization.

· Attending Customer Complains in a timely manner maintain section’s KPI.

· Documentation, follow-up and Maintenance of released Applications.

· 24x7 Tier 2 support for contact center Web & mobile Applications

· Report Application performance information to the Line Managers.

· Exposure to Networking, Windows Administration and other infrastructure applications.

· Extend support for domain related applications within the section and comply section’s rules and policies

· Good Communication skills.

Exposure of scripting in PHP, power shell, VB, C/C++ and debugging.

Strong skill in Apache Tomcat , Microservices & Weblogic

Strong skill in Log level Analysis for exceptions.

Strong skill in Log analysis using Kibana and ability to develop Operational dashboards.

Ability to integrate with other domain applications for extensive support.

Ability to develop Unix shell scripting.
