Agile Delivery Lead Full-time Job

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a subject related to Computer Science or similar.

Preferably a certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of practical application of the Scrum Management, SAFe, PMI ACP discipline (transition of existing SDCs are exempt)

5+ years of working in Information Technology in agile delivery within the context of a small/medium technology change program

Well-versed in the use of tools of software delivery e.g. MS OFFICE suite, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Ability to effectively communicate technical information in an understandable format to all stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills, focusing on core scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.

Experience leading teams.

Vendor management experience.
