Job Details

Main Tasks and Responsibilities :

Participate in the preparation, evaluation and development of initiatives, programs and activities that promote innovation at the workplace in coordination and cooperation with the relevant entities.

Follow up on the suggestions submitted by the Department employees, refer them to the relevant organisational units, follow up on their implementation and issue the relevant reports.

Follow up on cases with concerned organisational units on a daily basis and document all actions taken in respect of such cases.

Participate in listing the operational and strategic performance indicators of the organisational unit .

Submit suggestions regarding areas for improvement of the Organisational Unit’s procedures.

Prepare minutes of meetings related to the works of the Organisational Unit and submit them to the line manager for approval.

Draft correspondence related to the works of the Organisational Unit and submit them to the line manager for approval.

Provide administrative support to the work team, as required, to ensure that tasks are performed with the requisite accuracy and quality.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager or the director of the directorate.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in administration or an equivalent degree.

1-3 experience in the field of creativity and innovation.

Teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure.

Sound computer skills.

Good command of English and Arabic languages (reading, writing and speaking).
