• Experience: 3 Years operations or Training Center management experience with relevant exposure to administrative functions in a similar environment/service industry.

Technical Competencies (Preferred):

• Previous Dispatcher Experience / Dispatcher Applications Knowledge

• Scheduling System Knowledge

• MS Excel Advanced Knowledge

• Data Analytics Background / Minimum Basic Knowledge

• Basic Programming Languages Knowledge (C++, Python, SQL)

• Experience in Power BI / Tableau / MicroStrategy

• Emergency Handling Knowledge / Basic Safety awareness

• Call Center Environment Experience
