Job Details

The candidate will be doing mainly an admin support role of:-

Assist in the organization and maintenance of project-related documents and files.

Ensure proper documentation of meetings, decisions, and action items.

Draft and edit emails, memos, and other correspondence as directed by the Manager.

Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and external communications.

Schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.

Assist in coordinating appointments and commitments related to the prestigious event

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure project alignment.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree.

One year experience in similar role.
